Jalapeno Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 c. cornmeal
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bacon drippings
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    4 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook
    ground
    beef in skillet;\tdrain well.
    Set aside. Mix cornmeal,
    salt, bacon drippings, corn and eggs together. Pour half of corn bread mixture in greased baking dish.\tLayer meat, onion,
    peppers
    and cheese.
    Cover with remaining corn bread mixture.
    Bake

    50\tminutes
    at
    350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 people.
