Hot Apple Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. apple cider
    2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. honey
    3 whole cloves
    1 apple, peeled or diced for more flavor
    1 orange, sliced with rind on
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven.
    Add cloves, apple and orange slices to juice mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let stand about 5 minutes.
    Yields 2 quarts.
    This is great when you have a cold or the flu.
