Potato Skins Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 big Idaho baking potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. chopped onions
shredded cheese
Preparation

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Scoop out some of the center and put shells.
Bake in for about 15 minutes more.
Brown the ground beef.
Drain excess oil and add taco seasoning mix according to package directions.
Add the chopped onions.
Put beef mixture into potato shells.
Top with favorite shredded cheese and put back in oven long enough to melt cheese.
Serve with sour cream, taco sauce, etc., as desired.
