Wheat Germ Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3 tsp. maple flavoring
    2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs to blend. Add oil, sugars and maple flavoring. Continue beating until light and foamy.
    Using spoon, lightly stir in zucchini. Combine flour, wheat germ, soda, salt and powder together.
    Stir in gently. Add walnuts.
    Stir once more gently. Put in greased pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
