Potato Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. shredded cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper
salad oil for frying
Preparation

Combine ingredients except oil.
Mix well.
Pour 2 inches of salad oil into saucepan or frying pan.
Heat to 375\u00b0.
Drop batter by tablespoons 4 or 5 at a time into the hot oil.
Fry 3 or 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
Makes 24 puffs.
