Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne pepper
5 oz. crabmeat
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. chives
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 unbaked pastry quiche-lined dish
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
Add sour cream, milk, salt, mustard, cayenne and blend well. Drain crabmeat, break up and remove all cartilage.
Add to egg mixture.
Add cheese, chives and lemon juice and mix well.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0
for 15 minutes.
Turn heat down to 350\u00b0
and bake another 30 to 40 minutes until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Serves 6.
