Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large Granny Smith apples
    8 graham cracker squares (2 1/2-inches each)
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice or nutmeg
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Prepare enough apples to fill 13 x 9-inch baking pan 3/4 full. Finely chop graham crackers.
    Stir together crumbs, sugar, oats, flour and spices.
    Add butter.
    Mix well.
    Spoon mixture over apple slices.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or can be microwaved on High for 12 to 15 minutes, turning dish 1/4 turn after 6 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Great served with whipped cream or ice cream.
