Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 milk can of water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except sugar and water in a blender. Note:
To keep blender from overflowing, divide this mixture into 2 blendings; set aside.
Mix in saucepan 1 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of water.
Place saucepan over medium-hot burner and stir gently until evenly browned.
Spread glaze over bottom and side of an 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan.
Pour flan mixture over the glaze. Place pan in a large pan containing water.
Bake 1 hour in a 250\u00b0 oven.
Let cool completely.
Cut into squares and place on serving plate.
Drizzle remaining glaze over top.
Keep refrigerated until time to serve.
