Quick Skillet Squash Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. peeled, cubed 1-inch butternut squash
    1 1/2 c. peeled, quartered and sliced 1/2-inch yellow squash
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. unpeeled, sliced 1/8-inch zucchini
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, melt butter.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except zucchini.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Continue cooking until squash are crispy-tender (4 to 5 minutes).\tMakes 6 servings.
