Easy Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. soft oleo
6 c. flour
1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 egg
Preparation

Pour water into large bowl. Spread yeast over water and add sugar and salt; stir to dissolve. Add egg, soft oleo and 3 cups flour. Beat with spoon and continue adding flour with hands until all flour is worked in. Place dough in greased bowl and brush top with melted oleo. Cover with greased wax paper and let rise until double. Punch down and make rolls. Bake at 400\u00b0.
