Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 stick oleo
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation

Place coconut and nuts in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix German chocolate cake according to package and pour over coconut and nuts.
Mix powdered sugar, oleo and cream cheese. Microwave until thin.
Pour over top of cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Check after 30 minutes.
