Maple Cheese And Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. maple flavored syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 medium bananas
1 red eating apple
1 large orange
1 (16 to 17 oz.) can pears (halves)
lettuce leaves
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

minutes
before
serving, in a small bowl use spoon to stir cottage cheese, mayonnaise, maple flavored syrup and salt until blended.
With knife, slice bananas and apples into bite size
chunks.
Peel
and
cut orange crosswise into thin slices. Drain pear halves.
Chill large platter and line with lettuce. Arrange
fruit
in
separate
piles on lettuce. Spoon dressing over top.
