Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
6 tsp. cocoa
3 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
10 tsp. oil
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except water.
Add the cold water; mix well.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes in cupcake pan.
