Buckeye Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. confectioners sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
2 tsp. vegetable shortening
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth.
Form into 1-inch balls. Melt chocolate chips and shortening together in double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate mix 1/2 way.
Place on wax paper and refrigerate.
