Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, diced potatoes
    3/4 c. melted margarine, divided
    1 small carton sour cream
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Preparation
    Mix together the potatoes, 1/2 the melted margarine, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, chicken soup and cheese.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Mix together dressing mix and the rest of the melted margarine; place on top of mixture.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
