Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3-4 large potatoes (or more)
    1/3 c sour cream
    1 tsp salt
    dash pepper
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/4 c margarine
    milk
    1/8 tsp chopped chives
    1/2 c cooked spinach, drained well
    1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes. Add salt, pepper, sugar, sour cream and margarine. Add just enough milk to bring to proper consistency. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese). Place in greased casserole and top with grated cheese. Bake 20 min. at 400\u00b0 or microwave.
