Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening (Crisco)
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Turn oven to 350\u00b0. Mix all ingredients. Roll into balls and then roll balls in granulated sugar.
    Place balls on ungreased baking sheets and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
