Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sweet potatoes, baked
    2 1/2 c. flour (plain)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (I use less)
    1 1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream margarine; add sugar.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Add potatoes.
    Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Blend into potato mixture.
    Mix 1/4 cup flour with 1 cup nuts and 1 cup raisins. Add to other mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes in 2 bread pans (greased and floured).
    Let cool for 15 minutes.
    Remove from pans.
    Wrap and store in refrigerator.
    May bake less time.
