Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 sticks butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order.
Roll balls about the size of golf balls; put on ungreased cookie sheet, 8 balls to each sheet, 4 on each side.
Place far enough away that you can flatten them with a fork that has been dipped in flour.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
I always make a double batch.
