Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tea bags leaf tea or 4 tea bags herb tea
    1 qt. boiling water
    4 sugar cubes
    2 tsp. dry mandarin peel
    2 mandarins
Preparation
    Place peel and tea bags in the bottom of tea pot.
    Bring cold water to a full boil, pour over tea and peel when water first comes to a boil.
    Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Rub sugar cubes over mandarin peels to release oils.
    Place 1 cube sugar in each cup, cover with hot tea.
    Serves 4.
