Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can chicken broth
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 c. milk
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion and saute.
Blend in flour, salt, pepper and soup; stir constantly. Gradually add broth and then broccoli.
Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Add milk; simmer until broccoli is tender.
Best when broccoli has been chopped in food processor or blender.
