Easy Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box butter cake mix
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 bottle red food coloring
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix cake mix with cocoa.
    Add vanilla, buttermilk, coloring, melted margarine and eggs.
    Blend until moistened.
    Add soda and vinegar; mix well.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured layer pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
