Russian Banana Nut Bread(Wonderfully Moist And Easy!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 medium mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream the shortening and sugar. Add eggs and cream well.
Sift flour and soda together. Fold flour and bananas into above mixture. Add nuts.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
