Frank 'N Chili Manicotti Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 manicotti shells
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese (with or without jalapenos)
    10 frankfurters
    2 (15 oz.) cans Hormel chili with beans or use homemade chili
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook manicotti according to directions, drain and set aside. Shred 2/3 of cheese, cut remaining cheese into strips and insert strips into slit frankfurters.
    Place one cheese-stuffed frank into each manicotti shell.
    Combine chili and tomatoes in bowl; spoon 2 cups of mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Arrange 10 stuffed shells on top of mixture and pour remaining mixture over.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove and uncover; sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
    Bake 10 more minutes, until cheese has melted.
