Fluffy Berry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tsp. cornstarch
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 pkg. frozen raspberries
1 c. whipping cream or 2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add vanilla and blend.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with sour cream. Chill 1 hour.
Mix berries and cornstarch in saucepan.
Cook until thickened and cool. Whip the cream and fold into cooled berries.
Spoon on top of cream cheese in pie shell.
