Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beat until fluffy
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix the eggs, oil, zucchini, pineapple, sugar and vanilla together; beat well.
    Add the flour, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and walnuts; mix well.
    Finally, add the walnuts and wheat germ, mix and place in 2 greased 9 x 5 x 2-inch bread pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
