Italian Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread or 8 oz. Cheez Whiz
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 to 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up and drained
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Stir together water, rice, tomatoes, cheeses, onion and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Top with chicken; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining Italian seasoning.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Let stand 4 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
