Cranberry Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cranberry cocktail juice
1 (1 1/2 oz.) box powdered fruit pectin
6 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine cranberry juice and powdered fruit pectin in a 6-quart saucepan.
Cook until mixture boils and stir in sugar.
Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and skim foam from top; pour into hot glasses and seal.
