2 Tbsp. soy margarine, melted
6 cloves garlic (saute)
1 c. onions
2 c. chopped tomatoes
3 c. vegetable broth
2 tsp. dried tarragon
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. dill weed
4 red potatoes, boiled
8 baby carrots, boiled
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. petite peas
1 c. asparagus tips
