Cracker 'N Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium red pepper, cut into strips
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 small zucchini, sliced
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 Tbsp. Fleischmann's margarine
    32 Premium crackers
    4 oz. reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c.)
    2 c. skim milk
    1 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg product
Preparation
    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and stir red pepper, onion, zucchini and oregano in margarine until tender.
    In lightly greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, layer half each of the crackers, vegetable mixture and cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
