Peasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 c. black-eyed peas, drained
1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
-
Brown meat and drain well.
Add peas and mash.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
