Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. smoked sausage, sausage links or ham, cooked and cut up
    1/2 c. grated Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese strips
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk or 2 small cans evaporated milk
    1/2 c. flour or Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix eggs and milk together with flour.
    Layer meat, onion and 1 layer of cheese on bottom of dish.
    Pour mixture of eggs, milk and flour over it.
    Make another layer of cheese and mixture and cheese.
    Repeat until all is used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
