Cranberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 (7 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Sift together baking soda, powder, salt and flour.
Add alternately, the flour mixture and sour cream.
Add almond flavoring.
Pour 1/2 batter into tube pan. On top, place 1/2 the cranberry sauce.
Add remaining batter and top with cranberry sauce and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. When cool, drizzle with 1/2 cup confectioners sugar mixed with 2 tablespoons water and 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring.
