Chicken And Dressing Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. dried celery flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    3 large eggs
    2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can each cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
    1/2 c. each chopped onion and celery
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine water, celery flakes and salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium. Add chicken and cook until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Drain chicken, reserving 2 1/2 cups broth. Cool chicken and coarsely chop.
