Dreamy Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans spaghetti sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook and drain spaghetti.
    Saute ground beef and drain.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add spaghetti sauce and water to meat and remove from heat.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, pepper and onion.
    In a 9 x 13-inch casserole, spread 1/2 of the spaghetti and cover with cheese mixture.
    Add the remaining spaghetti and pour melted butter over it.
    Spread tomato and meat sauce on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can be assembled a day ahead.
    Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes or so before baking. Don't overcook, as it will be dry.
    Serves 6.
