Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 cups Bisquick
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt cheese in top of double boiler.
    Add sausage and Bisquick.
    Stir until completely mixed.
    Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
