Southern Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. water
1 small can tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins sauce
1 button garlic
1/2 c. vinegar
1 small bottle ketchup
1 tsp. mustard
1 lemon, juiced

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Heat over low heat about 15 minutes. Pour over browned meat and cook in moderate oven for 1 hour or until meat is done.
