Easy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. melted shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar, shortening, egg and flour.
    Mix well and put into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
