"Roll Your Own" Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lasagna
    1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1/4 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. flavored bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    16 oz. jar meat sauce
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella, bread crumbs, salt, parsley and egg.
    Boil lasagna as directed (on box).
    Cut cooked lasagna strips in half.
    Spoon portion of cheese mix onto each strip and roll macaroni.
    Pour 1/2 meat sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan and arrange manicotti in single layer over sauce.
    Top manicotti with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
