Sister Reida'S Dolollie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. bag elbow macaroni
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion
    1 (12 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Boil macaroni until done; drain.
    Fry sausage and onion; drain.
    Pour into large casserole dish.
    Add stewed tomatoes and salt.
    Mix together.
    Garnish with fresh tomatoes (thinly sliced) and a touch of butter.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with crackers.
