Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soft butter
    4 to 5 medium tomatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 to 2 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Mix biscuit mix, 1/4 cup water and butter with fork and press into 9-inch pie pan.
    Layer tomato slices on crust.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on tomatoes.
    Mix and spread over cheese: mayonnaise, green onions (sliced) and parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in lower half of oven.
    Serve immediately.
