7 Minute White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 unbeaten egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cold water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. white syrup

Preparation

Mix and heat over boiling water.
Beat with mixer constantly until fluffy.
