Sour Cream Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 large onion, diced
    salt and pepper
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
Preparation
    Form into small balls the beef, crumbs, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
    Brown in some grease in large pot, a few at a time.
    When all are browned, add the water.
    Simmer for 1/2 hour, covered. Remove from the pan. Add the 2 cans of soup and the milk to pan. Scrape browned remains in pan.
    Stir until smooth.
    Now, add balls back to pan and simmer 2 hours.
    Add the sour cream before serving.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
