Steamed Carrots Cashew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sized carrots
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. peas (frozen)
    1/3 c. salted cashews
Preparation
    Cut carrots into 2-inch pieces.
    Place cut julienne slice. Heat margarine in heavy saucepan with lid.
    Add carrots, sugar, salt and water.
    Cover and steam 10 minutes.
    Be careful not to burn carrots.
    Add peas and steam another 2 minutes.
