Spinach Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 (16 oz.) carton light sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    6 oz. fettuccine
    1/4 c. margarine
    4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well. Combine with 1/2 the sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Drain, add margarine and onion and blend with spinach mixture.
    In a 2-quart baking dish, layer spinach, then noodles, then cheese.
    Repeat, ending with cheese.
    Top with remaining sour cream.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
