Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 chicken wings
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. catsup
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut tips from chicken wings.
    Dip wings in egg and then in cornstarch to which the garlic salt has been added.
    Pour cooking oil into electric fry pan and turn to 350\u00b0.
    Brown wings.
    Make a sauce of the next 7 ingredients.
    Place the meat in 10 x 10-inch pan.
    Cover with sauce and bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 5 to 6.
