Oven Fried Mayonnaise Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 fryer chickens, cut into serving pieces
    mayonnaise, depending on how much chicken
    corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Spray large baking pan with Pam. Wash and pat dry chicken pieces. Put mayonnaise in small bowl; dip and thoroughly cover chicken pieces with mayonnaise. Dip in crushed corn flakes. Arrange in pan without touching. Bake 1 1/2
    to 2 hours at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
