Upside-Down Cake Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. very soft Crisco
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
any kind of juice from fruit (to make pouring consistency)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour over your favorite fruit in a square pan.
Dot the top with butter and brown sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes. Cool and turn onto plate.
