Hot Sour Cream-Pecan Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. cream cheese
    6 Tbsp. milk
    3 (2 1/2 oz.) jars dried beef
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    6 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    Triscuits
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and milk.
    Tear beef into small pieces and combine with pepper, onion flakes and seasonings.
    Add to cream cheese mixture; mix well.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Spoon into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Brown pecans in butter and salt; sprinkle over sour cream mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve hot with Triscuits.
    Serves 25.
