Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    dash of pepper
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    2 c. chopped, cooked turkey or chicken
    1/2 c. chopped peas (optional)
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Make white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and seasonings. Stir in mayonnaise to mix smooth.
    Add spaghetti, turkey, peas (if desired) and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Mix lightly and pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
